There was a complete lack of communication concerning the status of my refund, despite my leaving multiple messages. I repeatedly asked that I be contacted at my number, but messages continued to be sent to my husband's phone. There were at least 4 different dates of completion given and altered, forcing me to reschedule appointments at work to free up time to pick it up, only for it to not be ready. Upon pick up, there were items sitting in the front seat that were supposed to have been applied to the car. This was a completely frustrating experience from beginning to end. I was initially told three weeks, it ended up being six.

The people, the work all are great. Friendly and helpful. Your text message system is confusing. First, the texts imply that they are from a person, and do not say not to reply to them. The staff often are not informed about the content of the texts and cannot answer questions about revised time frames, etc. Keeping the customer informed of the progress and changes has always been the Achilleâs heel of your operation.
