Nails and washers were in three of the tires after dropping the vehicle off for a door repair. I took a picture from the parking lot after picking up the vehicle and realizing it when the tire pressure light was on. Discussing the tire pressure light on and very visible nails in the tire would have been appreciated but no mention of it was made. I wouldn’t have been upset with an accident happening such as driving over nails but informing the customer should be step 1. Between the safety risk, cost of repair, and lack of communication regarding this, I will be advising our fleet to avoid caliber moving forward.
