The initial Communication with the office was slow. I was told an email would be sent to authorize my repairs. I had to call the next day to remind them to send the email. This resulted in my estimate taking a day longer. Once I was established things went smoothly and communication was wonderful.

I can’t thank Caliber enough. My Bronco looks perfect and was detailed when I picked it up. Everyone was so nice. This was the second quote I got and the first one was around 1400 higher. I really appreciate them they made everything so easy and dealt directly with my insurance carrier.

The staff is amazing made me feel extremely comfortable with leaving my car there knowing it’ll be safe. They made my car look new as though nothing ever happened. Even got my car back before the estimated date given. Would highly recommend anyone who needs any repairs to this establishment 10/10
