I had to call several times to find out what was going on with my car.when I spoke to the manager he promised he would call himself when Geico checked my car , but never did. I had to call to see what was going on. They blamed Geico for the delay but when I expressed my frustration in person I was promised to get a call. I never did which makes me believe that it was not Geico’s fault.
