the cost estimates were accurate. some money was saved by using a junkyard part, and i am rather fond of junkyard parts. the touch-up on that part completely rejuvenated the part, making it look new. scott thoroughly explained the work process and finished the job in the estimated duration. all-around pleasant experience.

I was upset with my internal repairs to my car. I was hit in the back and caliber repaired the back bumper but would not do the camera work for the car. Which I now know after the rigamore of back and forth with the insurance company and caliber understanding that caliber cannot do internal work. If that was the case I would have preferred to know this up front so I would then know how to navigate my repairs versus at the back end and them not trying to repair the camera at all or sending it out for the proper repairs and stating that I would have to do that myself. Which left me completely flabbergasted.
