My only complaint is that we were asked to bring the car in on Wednesday and no one touched it until the following Monday. It was perfectly drivable and to me it seems pointless to have to sitting in your lot for 5 days when we could have been using it

Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. This process was pretty difficult dealing with the insurance company. Everything got much easier once we got to Caliber Collision. They worked with our timeline to make sure we had our car back in time for a trip. They communicated with us through the process to make sure everyone was up to date.

The people I dealt with were terrific. If all your employees are as knowledgeable and personable, you have a wonderful shop. If all the Caliber stores are like this, you have little competition. I was angry having to get my car repaired. But the experience made me feel great.
