although the car is driving like it was before the accident and the car was turned into me "clean" - i was very frustrated with the process... not sure if it was calibers fault or hartfords but the process dragged on and there was huge lag - my car was also transferred to a different location that was not approved even though the accepted my car. disaster

Caliber Collision is unnecessarily too expensive. I got a quote from another collision shop and they were willing to charge me $1,500 for a job the Caliber Collision charged my insurance over $4,000.
