This has been one of the most positive experiences with a car accident I've ever had. I loved being able to step into an office where people actually greeted me with a smile and such great customer service. As already discussed with the manager, my muffler was not replaced and looked very unappealing. Also there is a high pitched wind noise yet was unnoticed.
