I truly want to acknowledge Edwin at the Covina, Ca location. He was not only a true professional but most of all loyal to his word. I was contacted and updated all throughout the entire process. When I picked up my vehicle not only could I not recognized it but was shocked to see when I enter the car to drive off.. The carpets had been shampooed. Thank you again for such great service! The whole experience was outstanding from the treatment I was given in the office and during the appraisal process. It is bad enough to have your car damaged and then to have to get it repaired. The best part was that I was informed daily of the progress of the work being done on my vehicle via text message. My vehicle was finished prior to the date it was promised the work was excellent .I would rate my experience with caliber collision A #10 I will gladly recommend your business to my associates thank you very much.
