I was absolutely delighted from beginning to end with my collision repair. The office staff is friendly and efficient, my advisor Edwin is wonderful I received progress updates daily. The repair work was flawless and done in a very timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Caliber Collision to anyone in need of an excellent body shop.

The people were very friendly and kept me informed of the progress. My car was repaired well and runs and looks terrific. The only complaint is the length of time. There was at least a week delay in service even starting due to paperwork or assignment. This should be remedied.

Service: Staff completely professional, very accommodating. Communication was excellent via texting & phone calls. Mike has good communication skills. Car repairs: So far so good. Vehicle repairs look good. I would recommend Calluber Collusion.

my key is almost new when i send my car to caliber, but when i got my car back, they told me my key did not work!!! and no reason!!! there are many scratches on the key!!! and they lost my important key chain!!!! the most important thing is the staff told me they will give me a new one in 2 days, but I did not receive it after one week!!!!

I really appreciate the professionalism Mike and team had! They went above and beyond to assist. I had left my work jacket at the office, they sent their driver to deliver to Enterprise where I was trying to secure a rental during my repair, I was impressed!
