Ron was great to work with. However, I had to bring my vehicle back after having Caliber look at it once already. Also, I spent $145 for the dealer to tell me what I told Caliber was the problem initially. So now I'm out $145.

They gave us the vehicle without checking that everything was complete. Had to leave car not once but twice to finish repairs. Sadly there is still one thing missing but we will NOT he going back there.

There's no one person who greets and tends. Everyone is busy doing the job in front of them and wonders why you're there. It's not a "how may I help you?" environment. It feels like they're looking at you with a what are you doing here environment. Disappointing to say the least.
