Even though the front desk staff left a lot to be desired, the price and quality of the repairs done the fact they detailed the car which was so nice and unexpected, I would absolutely recommend this location to other people.

I interacted with the front desk, 4 times. 3 in person and one by phone. Each interaction I felt as if they thought I was an annoyance. Each in person visit, even though there were two women and a gentleman sitting in desks visible to the front desk, I was ignored and not acknowledged for a period of time before being greeted. When I came to pick up the car, the woman at the front desk was on a call which she continued to take for several minutes before even acknowledging I existed. There were two other persons behind desks at that time too who also did not acknowledge I was there in anyway, going so far as to avoid eye contact with me. It was extremely awkward. A delivery driver even arrived after I did, and we both stood there for a couple minutes while the woman on the front desk continued to not acknowledge our presence and continued with her phone call.. Finally, the gentleman at one of the desks walked over and helped the delivery driver, but not once did he acknowledged that I was standing there. I manage a store and that sort of employee behavior would be completely unacceptable. A simple,” Hi! how are you? I’ll be with you in a moment.” from the woman at the front desk would have been better, than avoiding looking at me and completely ignoring my presence. I truly do not enjoy having to give feedback like this but the behavior of the office staff was so unprofessional and unwelcoming, I felt I needed to say something.
