Jonathan was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I understood what my insurance was already willing to cover and walked the vehicle with me showing me what they had already written the estimate for. He also listened to some concerns I had that were related to my accident but not visible from the outside and my insurance didn’t initially cover. He was there and ensured the work was completed in an efficient time frame. Very satisfied!
