Our bmw emblem has come off while driving the next day after pick up. I would love for this to be addressed because it wasn’t coming off prior to work being done, otherwise the damage was addressed appropriately.

I was completely satisfied with my experience! Pedro kept me informed every single day via text messages on the progress of the repairs to my Audi A6. A couple of times he followed up the text messages with a phone call to inform me which parts they were waiting for and the expected finish date for repairs to my vehicle.
