Pedro my rep was awesome he always kept me updated for the most part. The only reason I am taking away 2 points is because the date kept pushing back. It seems like there might have been som confusion on who had certain items and parts.

The quality of workmanship at Caliber Collision off Hwy 290 is superior, the staff is friendly, and the service manager is knowledgeable and very attentive. I get daily updates on the repair progress and the repair completed earlier than promised.
