I was extremely excited when I got the phone call and caliber letting me know they would have my car ready literally 24 hours later. So as much as I appreciate caliber collision and their no nonsense approach to handling my car. I hope I don’t have to see them again! David Mattison the technician was extremely helpful and friendly and so far the work appears to be holding up. It did however take far longer than I expected. My only real complaint would be that the car was not properly cleaned from the repair process inside and out when I picked it up. There is still a layer of white dust throughout the vehicle including the engine compartment.

Best shop I’ve been to they kept me informed on all the repairs being done to my vehicle. the quality of the work was exemplary and I couldn’t even tell my car had been in an accident. The best part is my car was ready ahead of schedule too. Definately would go back if I ever got into a wreck again!

This was the smoothest process I've encountered! The employees were awesome. They had a driver take me to the rental car place, they kept me informed of the progress and when it was ready I went to pick it up and they handled the return of the rental! It was a top notch experience!!
