I have never been to Caliber Collision. When my daughter's car was hit I didn't know what to do next. I called USAA and they had nothing but good things to say about Caliber. My dad followed my daughter there to drop the car off and they were both so impressed with the business and staff. We didn't worry about the car after that. The Caliber staff made us feel at ease about everything. The repair was done in just days and the car looks great. Caliber Collision, amazing work, great staff...the best hands down!

Car was repaired but the paint isn't consistent. I have over spray and what seems to be under spray or a bad buffing job. Racing strips were discontinued but I found them online. Back up sensor housing/bezel is also discontinued so it was replaced with one from another vehicle. I appreciate the effort but it's an eye sore. I wish as much effort was put into finding the racing strips. The bumper that was replaced is sticking out on the side and not lined up properly. I pointed these things out after picking up the car and was told I would be called to fix everything but still waiting on that call. I get a message every other day for a review tho.
