I had a great experience with my vehicle getting repaired at the Caliber Collision on Fay Street. David made sure that he communicated any updates with me regularly. He was very knowledgeable and kind.The receptionist would always warmly greet guests over the phone and in person. I would highly recommend this place if you need repairs and want a professional environment.

Thought took a long time due to damage repairs. Seems to many technical involved. Or maybe needed more tech back in repairs shop to get repairs out quicker. As a whole people up front very polite to the customer. Car looks good. Issue with key but as been addressed. Hopein the the company will realize you need more people to get the vehicle s out in a normal time manner.
