I had to call them twice on the day my rental car was due to see if my personal vehicle would be ready. Because the guy initially told me they would shoot for Friday but when Friday came and I didn't receive a phone call, I called that Monday to ask if my car was ready and then I called back around the estimated time they gave me during my first call to make sure it was done
