The initial phone call I made was answered by a friendly woman who gave me a prompt appointment for the estimate. However when it got to the day to pick up my repaired car, customer service was really poor.

My vehicle looks brand new again. Everyone was very respectful and communication was on point. The lady that works the front desk(Can’t remember her name) was amazing. She was working tonight 3-26 when I picked my car up. She is funny, helpful, and was the high of my visit there. The first person seen when walking in a business sets the tone for the whole business and she rocks at her job! I will refer everyone to this place just off her attitude!! Thank you caliber collision and my car looks great.

This has been the best experience with car repair I have had in my life. From easy scheduling, being able to check in/drop my car off in less than five minutes, and everything being fixed so fast was amazing. Margaret has such an amazing personality and really made this whole experience perfect. I would use this location again for any other needs.

From the first time I called to picking up the car I was very impressed with the service. The repair was done in the time that it was estimated and upon pickup, the repair was completely complete and our car was clean inside and out— a great touch. It was also very convenient to be able to leave our rental car at collision for pick up.
