Welding spray burn marks on passenger seat Tailgate does not close automatically (Caliber noted this on final call but it is not at all functional) Water was dripping from the plastic portion on the back tailgate and obvious water marks

Caliber repaired quickly and were very good with communication updates. When I picked up my car they were kind and friendly. Big surprise… my car was cleaned inside and out. That was a wonderful bonus that I have never experienced. Definitely scoring 10 worthy of this service
