You failed to properly install the rear bumper and it is now protruding from the rear of my vehicle and during the repair process left a large scratch in the paint of the rear passenger panel. I am very unhappy with the quality of work that has been performed.

Daniel was excellant at explaining the repair process and keeping me informed of the vehicle's progress. He was also able to include some repairs to the vehicle that were not covered by my claim. Olivia was also very friendly and informative with insurance related questions. I received top notch customer service, a great balance of friendly yet professional interactions. I was very pleased with the overall experience. I would definitely recommend Caliber to anyone needing collision repair. 5 out of 5 stars!

Great service and constant update of the progress. The insurance company and your online booking agents did not have full information of the Tesla services that you can provided. Hence I wasted a lot is time to search for Tesla approved body shop, which I now mine it is not necessary. Your shop is much better to deal with than the other shops.
