Caliber collision took a potential stressful process and made it relatively painless. From the moment my insurance set up an appointment for them to check out the damage to pick up after repairs were complete. I was contacted by phone, text and email during the steps. I knew where they were, estimated costs, timeline and checked to see if I had any questions or concerns. Jennifer was wonderful! professional and personable, ensuring my understanding and checking in with me when my car was ready. Even staying a few minutes for me as I was running late due to traffic.
