It took 3 months to fix my car. There seemed to be quite a few mishaps. There is no way to get a hold of anyone on the weekends. I was promised my car multiple times and was consistently pushed back.

Even with extended period of time my car was in the shop, Mark made sure to let me know on updates and time frames as well as helped me out with an option for renting a vehicle when I didn't have coverage. As well as coverage for cost of insurance for borrowing someone's car.

If you had better secured facilities for people's cars that you have of course I would recommend you I had work done on my car same car down in LA with your company.
