I had my windshield replaced, scratch mark painted and taillight cover replaced and everything looks great. There was glass in my vents from the windshield being taken out but I was able to use my vacuum to get it all out before turning on my air.

My car was not washed, (really dusty, looked like they tried to wipe it off with a dirty cloth) I requested a “comparable “ rental car. I text the agent handling it, I was approved for one. I also called the rental company over a week prior to. I was assured we would get a comparable car, comaro, challenger, charger, etc. when I arrived, I was put into a Jeep Cherokee limited, not exactly comparable if you ask me. Not happy! I deserve at the very least, the compensation for what I was approved for, to what we got! That would only be right! We just bought that vehicle, we had planned to go out of town hoping to show it off, it would’ve been one thing to have a comparable car while telling our heartbreaking story on why we did not bring 2019 comaro ss 2, instead driving a 2020 Jeep Cherokee limited. Granted, very nice, but definitely not comparable! This whole process sucked as it was, it would’ve been nice to get some sort of compensation for our inconvenience. I never even got a call after the work was done.
