never again. I will use a local auto body repair shop, and tell everyone I know to never trust Abra Cadabra there goes your car and Caliber ever.

poor communication and led me down a trail of empty promises. Took the Everett WA shop two months to fix my car. When I showed up to retrieve it my truck was still not done and I had to spend an evening at a Ford dealership getting the alignment fixed. Caliber did pay for alignment, but terrible just terrible. Maybe the Everett shop needs to be realistic with the timeline of the jobs they take on. If I knew this place was going to take two months I would have taken some where else. One can tell from the look of their parking lot that they are over booked and should be communicating this to customers.

Mark was great. Very responsive and communicated each step of the process. I feel satisfied with receptionist, but she could be more personable and professional. Side conversation on the two-way radios shouldn't take place in front of waiting customers.

The repair is ok but the sensors in the car were not put back properly and the interior wasnt cleaned there are still white dust and hand prints all over the leather seats . The rain sensing system is not working anymore because I believe the sensors were not put back properly..
