Mark called me on Wednesday, 4 September 19 to update me on my BMW. I asked if he will save some left over paint for touch up. He I can’t because it’s a water base paint but I will touch up the dents. Michelle also told me she will make sure it’s done. I got my BMW-last Friday, none of the dents were fixed. I took my BMW to the Puyallup Center & showed the 3 dents to another Michelle. She said she will call Michelle’s supervision. Very bad! I did not asked them to fix the dents, they just voluntary to fix the dents. Not good for business
