Somebody rear-ended me in a parking lot didn’t leave me a phone number or anything. My bumper was gone and a support bar underneath was done for caliber collision fixed. Everything wonderfully my car looks absolutely beautiful. I hope I never have to see them again, but if I get into another accident or somebody hits me, I will go back to caliber.

Due to the aforementioned ESC service issue and poor communication around it, lack of transparency in providing the pre and post repair scans, I will not recommend Caliber to anyone I know or any of my customers.

You knew that the ESC service light appeared after your repair and did not disclose it until we arrived. You could have told us as soon as it happened, you could have told us when you called telling us to pick up our vehicle. Instead you waited. This, coupled with the suspicous timing of the issue leaves me unable to recommend Caliber and will choose a different repair shop in the future.
