Excellent customer service! Kyle Hall went out of his way to keep me informed of the repair progress and fully explained what was repaired/replaced and why. The repair was done on time, as originally promised. I am completely satisfied with their work and if I ever need another repair I will definitely return to Caliber Collision.

Your staff is very impressive. I worked with Daniel who kept me informed all the way through my repair. He was especially helpful explaining how my bumper is new after they tried an after market product. I was fine with the after market tail light. Thank you all for making my car so clean and beautiful!
