For the reviews and the recommendations about them I was expecting to be satisfied and secure by this point with my car after the repairs but not the case at all. Even my neighbor when he look at my car got disappointed and advised me to let the insurance to know that I am not satisfied with the car.

It’s hard to bring in words but I will try. The right mirror it’s not the same of the left mirror and it can be notice just at the look at it. The right bumper where it got fixed when I touch it and press it down makes a noise that make me concerned about how the car is underneath of the bumper because there is not any noise on the number at the left side of the car. Car is misaligned. My car definitely is farther off the same before the accident.

When I picked up my car I think they should let me know that my mirror was different from the another one. Let me know about the bumper noise and also that if I had any problem with the car I could let them know. I had to reach them back for the misalignment of the car and I am not even sure that it was the right thing to do since I didn’t receive any feedback from them. They are polite and try to answer my questions.
