Did a great job on Cosmetics repair but still lingering issues. The most concerning one is that post collision the rear seat belt alert comes on without even passenger in the back seat. When I was dropping my car for repairs I told the same concern to the repair shop representative. When I picked up my car from the repair shop I was told that it’s not doing it anymore. After I picked up my car it didn’t do for sometime and that same day when I was driving to the airport it came ON again so I called the repair shop and reported the same issue. This issue is a safety concern and i cannot install child restraint seat and will not be able to transport my kids as this is a safety hazard.

I am not satisfied so far; I am waiting for them to call me to have my car repaired properly. The part they installed (an aftermarket one) was not an original part; it didn't align with the rest of the bodywork, and the mismatch is very noticeable. They told me they would order the original part and call me to have it installed; the reason they gave for not using the original one initially was that it would take too long to arrive. I told them I didn't care how long it took ,what mattered to me was that the job be done right.

I have been ripped off so many times by other mechanics that I expected the same thing to happen again; but my car is running great and you can't even tell that someone even hit my car. It took way to long to get my car back and it was pretty spendy to fix; but over all I believe I would recommend them.

Excellent customer service. They kept me well informed during the process. They were very nice, polite and very helpful. One of the young women even showed me how to use my drive assist and showed me how to unlock my car doors in a way I didn't know about. I really appreciate all her help with my car. A+++ for customer service.
