Alicia was the sweetest Angel. She listened to me, she understood my need, she was compassionate toward the incident that took place on my car tires thief), she worked with me, and was very professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. She deserves a raise and a two-week vacation because she takes on a lot of other people’s problems, distress, and other issues related to having to seek the services of Caliber Collision of Ferndale.
