Caliber did an outstanding job in restoring my tailgate to new. I was also happy with the experience working with the Ferndale team. They were professional and courteous. There is one improvement suggestion. Please limit the use of your AI system and DO NOT let artificial intelligence replace the human to human factor. The delivery dates given by AI were way off which can lead to customer frustration if the dates are way off. Just my observation and some words of wisdom. I was happy with them and would go back.

I had an amazing experience with Alicia at Caliber Collision from start to finish! She genuinely listened to all of my concerns, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and made everything completely stress-free. She even worked with me personally when ordering parts to help minimize the amount of time I had to pay for a rental car, which I truly appreciated. Her customer service was exceptional, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and the quality of the work being done. My car came back looking absolutely beautiful — like nothing ever happened — and it was finished even sooner than expected. If I ever need body work again, I already know exactly who I’ll be calling. Highly recommend Alicia and the team at Caliber Collision!
