The service was great I was pleased…. But I was also a little displeased with the lack of communication between caliber collision and liberty insurance…. Communication is key when doing business with customers. I was the middleman relaying messages back-and-forth between the two companies…. But all in all I’d give a solid 9.. caliber Collision employees worked with me to solve the issue of miscommunication. Would I recommend caliber collision? Yes, I would great personality as well as great sense of humor. I would definitely be a returning customer. Thank you caliber collision.

Repairs were great. Clean up not so good. Found several pieces of plastic all around the front seat area. Also my towel that was on the front seat was found on the back seat full of the broken glass from the broken window on the driver's side.
