They failed to replace the damaged trim pieces around my window or the damaged black plastic trim piece along the roof line. Also someone apparently left my vehicle either uncovered or open in the rain and everything inside it got wet. All the papers/receipts in my glovebox are wet and ruined, the carpet under all my floor mats (that were very obviously removed and not fully put back in place) is still damp, and my car now has a wonderful musty smell in it.

My car looks better than when I bought it used. I had front and rear damage to my car. Bill refused to take any shortcuts to get me back to driving. The weeks I waited ( not Caliber’s fault) return my car to factory condition. I recommend this collision center to anyone.

I had a great experience with Caliber Collison. They repaired my red 2018 Mazda 6 grand touring front and rear bumper after a minor accident. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. They kept me updated on the progress of the repair and delivered the car on time. The quality of the work was excellent. The car looked like new and the paint matched perfectly. They also cleaned the interior and exterior of the car, which was a nice touch. I would highly recommend Caliber Collison to anyone who needs auto body work done. They are the best in the business!
