I would really have appreciated some sort of expectation of when to get my vehicle back. At one point I was told I'd have it in a day or two but it was another 8 days. The day I dropped it off I was sent a text that linked me to a page with updates- that was never updated.

They were great! When I brought my car to them after they tried to steal it. My driver side rear window was busted out I took that somewhere else to get fixed because I needed that done ASAP. The also ripped the panel out underneath the steering wheel column and whatever else was messed up because of that. They kept me updated on the progress and even called to let me know they were waiting on parts to come in. Everyone was great there was not one person who didn't let me know that they cared through the service they provided. Thanks so much!

My experience with Caliber Collision was great. They kept me informed of the process from ordering the parts to how long it would take after the parts came. My entire experience here was excellent. No one ever wants their car damaged but knowing that this team was so kind, professional and communicative made a stressful event much smoother. I always had updates on the progress of my repairs! A big thank you to Bill and Diane specifically for their help but I know it takes a village to provide amazing customer service, so thank you to everyone who had a hand a helping get my car repaired! The best surprise at the end was my car was returned to me washed and detailed (I was not expecting that) so my car came back in better condition! I highly recommend Caliber’s services.
