The repairs themselves were done well for the most part. My biggest complaint would have to be the customer service. Specifically involving my wheel. I recommended a wheel shop to the rep and he came back and told me they didn’t sell just one wheel individually, only sets of 4. So I took his word for it. 3 months go by and no progress. I make one simple phone call to the company I referred him too and what do you know. They sell individual wheels. If the customer rep would have just called instead of done a quick glance at the website, my truck would have been done 2+ months sooner. Not a good feeling knowing you were treated like you didn’t matter, and in the end doing his job for him to make the job get rolling. Overall I’d never go back and wouldn’t recommend it to anybody I know.

I appreciated the frequent text updates. Anticipated long repair time due to vehicle being a new model did not happen. The time frame was very satisfactory. The repair looks good and seems very thorough.
