The staff was very professional, helpful and responsive. They sent daily texts with status. The repairs look good. The one thing that takes my rating from a 10 to a 6 is that they gave me a car back with a hole in the back passenger tire. The low tire pressure alert was displayed when they pulled it around to give it to me. I thought maybe it was the cold weather but I’ve filled it with air twice and it can’t hold pressure.
