Rob in Issaquah was GREAT!!! But, my car was sent to Fife after I checked the box for not moving my car around! While I greatly appreciate getting it done sooner, I would have appreciated a phone call before sending it to Fife! Also, LOUD knocking noise(which Rob thankfully diagnosed and fixed)!!!!Why was my wheel taken off and then to not have the lug nuts tightened ???? I still Highly recommend Caliber-Issaquah location!!

Did a beautiful job replacing the back red reflector. They finished a couple hours early,which I appreciated. The washed my car and vacuumed the inside.. Kytreil went beyond,he explained the process thoroughly I will recommed you always. Thanks,Sandy all 10's
