I appreciated the regular contact from caliber staff updating me on the status of repairing my car. I really appreciate the staff going above and beyond to detail the entire interior of my car even though all the damage was exterior

I asked that 2 tires be replaced rather than 1 for the reason of even tread wear - understanding that I would have to pay for the second tire. Caliber did not follow this request.
