Great work. Fantastic updates. Really cool that they get the car clean before giving it back to the owner. I could have had a better experience.

Am I happy that the repaired is done and complete and right? Yes. Am I happy that it took 3 weeks past the date expected and 8 weeks total - no. The question is vague, and simply asks if happy with the repair. This is my honest answer.
My Experience - 5.0/5.0 -
The repair was done perfectly everything around the front right side was returned to how it was. The only thing is that I now have a swirl of scratches on the top of my trunk. I've only seen this from a automated car wash, I'll be calling Monday to confirm and hopefully it can be buffed out easily.

When I picked up my car after repairs, there were new scratches and dings that were not part of the original damage. It’s clear these came from either the vendors they sublet work to. Or from carelessness during the repair process. The trunk on the wrecked side was poorly aligned it doesn’t sit flush with the rest of the vehicle. To make matters worse, the tire that was damaged in the wreck was just plugged instead of properly replaced, they claimed there were debris in the tire, but that hole can caused by anything sharp during the wreck, as I was directly hit on my back driver side tire. I never got any tire pressure low indicators on my back driver side tire or anything while driving my car before the wreck. On top of that, the inside of my car was left messy from where technicians had been working in it. For a company that claims “Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life“, my experience was anything but that.

As of right now with the experience, I’ve had with my vehicle repairs in and outside of my car I would not recommend this place to anybody in fact I would go to lengths to discourage them from taking any vehicle there. They left obvious sign of unalignment scratches and dings. I’m not even sure what the repairs look like under that. I don’t know if they did a half job on that as well. They also tried to tell me that the weatherstripping in my trunk is causing the misalignment and body panels. A weather strip new or old will never cause a misalignment between body panels. There's no break-in period for weather stripping so that body panels line up correctly. Even if that was the case which it is not, it is the body technicians responsibility to adjust the panels as needed for whatever reason. You don't just leave it misaligned and say oh it's the weather stripping. It's not going to magically realign itself after the weather stripping get some age to it. As I'm sure you probably already know, it's complete nonsense. So basically he's trying to tell me that the force of a piece of cushioned rubber foam is pushing a whole body panel out of alignment. He's either not the person for the job or he thinks I’m completely naive.

I never got any tire pressure low indicators on my back driver side tire or anything while driving my car before the wreck. Furthermore, my safety response system is compromised due to an airbag fault. When I brought it to caliber's attention told me it was a manufacturer's recall issue. I have verified that in fact it is not a recall. They did Remove/install new airbag on my vehicle after the wreck according to the billing. Now it is giving me diagnostic errors. On top of that, the inside of my car was left messy from where technicians had been working in it. For a company that claims “Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life”, my experience was anything but that.

Customer service hasn’t been bad, but when I’m told a vehicle is done I expect to be completely done.
