The gaps are not even where the bumper was replaced. In fact the left rear side is noticeably separated. The rear trim pieces are not affixed to the body and there are gaps with those too. I have photos to share. I picked my car up Thurs 9/18 afternoon. I washed my car on Friday AM because it was dirty from when i dropped it off and from it'stransport from OH to KY for repair. It is Saturday AM and I'm just getting a chance to really inspect it. Additionally there is some substance on my car's hood and left front panel that has a gum-like consistency. Rubbing compound, car goo gone & car washing will not remove it. My car was transported from Kettering, OH to Florence, KY for repair. It appears it picked this substance up either during transport or while in KY where it was for 16 days. I know the adjuster w/Caliber took photos the day he inspected it. I am a former auto PD adjustor which is why i am inspecting my vehicle as i am. I will be contacting Caliber on Monday 9/22 to discuss the issues.

I was very happy with their service and couldn't even tell that there had been an accident. The paint matched perfectly which I was a little concerned about. They did a very good job with my vehicle and kept me updated throughout the entire process.
