Shannon is amazing!!! She is an excellent communicator and provided me a superior customer service experience. I shall highly recommend Caliber Collision everyone. The staff I spoke with from making the initial appointment over the phone to picking up my car treated me with kindness, compassion and respect. That’s rare to find anymore which makes it that much more special. Keep up the great work!!!

I was a few minutes past closing but I had spoken to Shannon and we had everything set so I could get my car. She was still inside and waved at me. I saw a marking on the car and motioned to her. She came outside and checked it. She said it was the pen they used and went inside to get cleaner to take care of it immediately. I didn’t expect that but I should have expected it given they have superior customer service.

Everything from getting the estimate to getting my car done was easy. They even partner up with Enterprise which helped make the whole experience as pain free as possible. Told my car would be ready Friday. Got a text and a call on Thursday saying my car was ready for pick up when I was. They even notified Enterprise when I was scheduled to pick up my car. THEN I get my car back and they did an excellent job on the repair and my car was cleaner both inside and out than when I dropped it off. I couldn't be more happier with the repairs, the experience, the pleasantness of all the people I came in contact with!!!! Will definitely recommend Caliper Collison partnered up with Enterprise on Merchant Rd in Florence, KY absolutely 5 stars for customer service!
