The work was done quickly and looked great. The interior of my car was cleaned and vacuumed which was totally unexpected and very much appreciated. I was totally expecting to go clean my car after I picked it up. Thank u very much for that. Will definitely recommend you to anyone needing repair services. They took almost a week longer than I was told. They did not install the front license plate holder.

I was told 4 to 5 days after I dropped it off. I did ask if that was including ordering the parts and was told yes. They took almost a whole week extra. I also had to call about updates after I was told they would text me.

The job took a little longer than expected, but Caliber kept in touch with texts every other day. Macie, Brandy and Shannon were so kind and helpful. They were their to keep me updated and informed along the way. When I received my car, it was like brand new. It smelled good, was vacuumed out and looked just washed.
