Fantastic experience with the Beach St facility. Everyone was professional, courteous and attentive. Absolutely crushed the projected date by 2 weeks and the repair is beautiful. 110% satisfied. The only stain on an otherwise sparkling performance was dealing with Robert Brown at the Flory St location. Completely unprofessional, made multiple sexist and chauvinistic statements. His comment to my wife that, “your husband understands me, he can explain it to you.” almost caused us to go elsewhere entirely. The only reason we didn’t is USAA spoke very highly of your organization. Luckily, John Sursa at the Beach St. location is a consummate professional and saw us through to the finish line. Thanks again.

The only thing I can say was I didn’t like the texting system. Every time I tried to email or text Haley I couldn’t get my questions answered. I don’t think my texts were going through. Tried emailing and I never got a reply.

This team is awesome. They were very fast at getting the car back to me. The work is unlike any ive ever seen and I know my dad owned his own body shop back in the day. These guys seriously are artists. John Sursa was professional and walks roght up shaking your hand off the bat. Out of a 10 i seriously give it 20. Will definitely go back when I switch my front end out
