The repair was delayed multiple times. I understand this was outside of Caliber's control, as replacement parts were arriving damaged, but it's still hard not to be disappointed. Further, the vehicle was returned with the rear, passenger-side tire at low air pressure (12 Psi as reported by the vehicle). The leak did not predate the accident, and we are unsure if the damage to the tire occurred during the accident or while in Caliber's care. Regardless, it is disappointing that is was not noticed after spending three weeks at Caliber.

My car was damaged by a large object that fell from a truck and hit the hood before crashing the windshield causing small shards to fill the interior of the car and then bouncing to the side to destroy the right front fender, the mirror and the. Damaging the passenger door. They spared nothing and removed the seats and carpet to ensure all the glass shards were cleaned up. I was so glad to see pictures showing the amount of work they did to ensure the safety of my family. They replaced the hood, windshield, the dash, the right front fender, the side mirror and then repaired multiple damages to the passenger door. The work they did exceeded my expectations with the extra effort the showed and the high quality of the work. All this and they completed all those repairs and got my car back to me a week ahead of schedule. My service coordinator went above the call of duty and provided me updates at least twice a week. I could not have been more satisfied with the work and the professional communication on the progress of the repairs. I would definitely take my car back to this shop if I need paint and body repairs in the future.

Caliber Collision did an outstanding job in the restoration of my car which had sustained damages on both the exterior and the interior. Additionally they completed the work ahead of schedule. I am very pleased with their work and would definitely use them again if the need arises.
