Picked up my car today and after driving it there was a rattle coming from the under the headliner. This is the 2nd time trying to get it back. The 1st time a couple things were that we discussed in the Initial evaluation were not addressed or even noted.

The body work was great to my car. Though when I was told my car was ready for pick up and that it was all completed. My passenger side (that was fixed) headlight and blinker was not fixed, and my blinker was not connected correctly. I had to go back and have it fixed for completion. It was fixed right away and no issues since. Employees and service was great just wish when I’m told my car is completed and ready for pick up I can leave happily and not have to return for minor issues that should have been resolved.

Everyone that I had the pleasure to meet were excellent. From start to finish. I was notified by the team with emails, calls and text on regular to update step by step on the repairs. I have nothing but good things to say. Honestly a satisfied customer.
