We were notified (by a different Caliber location) that the car was ready before it had gone through QC at Seaboard Lane. The process may nit have been followed or needs revising because it makes rental car return very confusing.

Overall, we’re really completely satisfied. Our service advisor was great and he did a wonderful job the bodywork was excellent The only thing they could’ve done a little bit better and this is why I gave you a nine versus a 10 is they could’ve done a little better job on the final clean. The car was dusty on the inside.

Had to take it back for lights on dash, but caliber staff was very accommodating it getting issue corrected.

Mechelle was AMAZING to work with during the initial repair. When I called about have lights on the dash from bumper repair, the team was quick in scheduling and accommodating in making the repair happen quickly.
