Service work was great as sell as the customer service. My only complaint is that my truck was left extremely dirty on the inside of the vehicle. Looks like a ton of watery over spray and oil residue all on the inside on console, dash and windows.

Headlight and blinker bulbs were not installed.

The communication was the best I ever experienced. The shop however left my lights out. The blinker bulb and my headlights were not put in. Causing unsafe driving conditions and a 2 1/2 hour revisit.

Overall the repair itself went well other than dealing with insurance dragging their feet. The problem I had with caliber was when my headlight didn’t work, they refused to fix it as they called it an electrical problem and would have to splice the wires. They said since they didn’t touch the electric they wouldn’t fix it. So I had to go back to insurance, find a different body shop, and get the issue repaired. The issue was a blown fuse and nothing more.
