I was very pleased with certain things - the consistent updates, the nice people, etc. The repair itself is pretty good but not perfect. My biggest complaint is that I came to pick up my car on Monday morning. It was parked in front of the main office. Whoever parked it had left the lights on. I don’t know for how long, but presumably for a while. My battery was clearly drained because my fog lights and parking lights were not working properly for 24 hours, at which point the battery charged and the lights are better. But I don’t know if any long term damage was done to the battery.
