My service advisor (Mechelle) was very attentive with the whole process from check in to check out. Was super prompt to answer any questions or concerns about the repair and made the whole process a breeze. Cannot say enough great things about her and the rest of the team that worked on my car! 10/10 service she was amazing.

The team kept me informed throughout the process and encouraged me to reach out if I have any questions. Repair shops get a bad wrap sometimes for withholding information, but Caliber Collision went above and beyond to make sure I stayed informed

My advisor Mechelle is awesome. I never had to wonder about the status of my vehicle. She's very detailed and easy to talk to. My first experience with her was awesome so I didn't hesitate to contact her when I needed to come back due to car damages.

It seems like something isn't fully sealed. It sounds like the window isn't all the way up even though it is but I wanted to drive it a little more to make sure before calling about it.

We had a great experience with Caliber Collision. Everyone is so nice and super professional. They stay in regular contact with you as your car is being repaired. In my case, they had my car fixed super quick!

Everything was great. My only critique (not related to the quality of work or the employees) is please stop with the employee gender affirming training that I overheard. Need to get back to what is right and wrong. Real and false. Common sense, not nonsense. Thanks for a great experience with my car and also for listening to my suggestion. :)
